Maintaining Recipe par-levels.
Responsible for creating different pastas according to The Pasta House recipes and
standards.
Consistently checks the pasta products and adjusts methods to achieve high quality
pasta.
Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area, clean and maintain machines.
Ability to lift-up to 50 pounds.
Ability to operate equipment such as a commercial mixer and pasta machine.
Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking,
bending, and squatting.
Availability to work onsite with a versatile schedule often including weekends.
