Central Optometry in London is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator / Optometric Assistant to join our team-oriented and supportive team. If you are passionate about patient care and looking to grow in the eye care industry, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling appointments and managing patient records accurately and efficiently
Conducting pre-testing, diagnostic imaging, specialty testing, and full work-ups including medical and ocular histories, visual acuities,
and instilling dilating drops
Educating patients on doctor-recommended supplements, eye drops, and ocular hygiene products
Handling insurance billing and processing payments
Maintaining a clean and organized clinical space
