We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional skincare services and enhancing the overall guest experience. Your expertise in various beauty treatments will help our clients feel rejuvenated and confident. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services while maintaining a clean and welcoming setting.

Duties
Looking for technicians trained and experienced in one or more services such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic workspace.
Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos, upselling services and retail items to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences for personalized service.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing guest services.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects hospitality and professionalism at all times.




Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the salon's standards.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
Excellent communication skills to convey treatment options clearly and confidently.
Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to esthetics and beauty treatments.
Familiarity with retail sales techniques, including upselling strategies.
Experience in body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, or related services is preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $17.75-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 40.0 per week
