Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, including order picking, inventory management, and maintaining a protected and organized work environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our distribution processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties
Perform order picking and packing of products accurately and efficiently.
Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments using forklifts.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
Handle heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used to prevent injury.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.

Qualifications




Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in order picking and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Experience operating forklifts is highly desirable.
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed throughout the shift.
Strong basic math skills for accurate inventory management and order processing.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
