Experience:
3 -5 years line cook experience
1 year managment experience

Licence/Certification:
Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managment and coaching of BOH personell.
Problem solving skills.
Expediting a busy restaurant passe.
Work well in a team environment.
Adaptable availability (weekdays, weekends).
Maintain a clean workstation.
Effeciency and time managment.
