Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and professionally, listening carefully to their vehicle concerns and service needs
Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance services, ensuring customers understand their options
Write detailed repair orders and accurately document vehicle information for technicians
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and communicate estimated completion times to customers
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs while maintaining transparency and integrity
Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain proper cash handling procedures




Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business prospects

Skills
Proven dealership experience or background in automotive sales or service advising
Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training to effectively communicate with technicians and customers
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters trust and loyalty
Ability to upsell services tactfully while maintaining honesty and transparency with clients
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical information clearly to non-experts
Familiarity with automotive repair processes, parts ordering, and warranty procedures
Competence in handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
