As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a key player in creating a vibrant shopping environment, managing sales initiatives, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, merchandising, and customer service
Ability to sell sports equipment in a proficient manor, willing to train the right candidate.
Manage payroll processing, scheduling, and time management to ensure optimal staffing levels
Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales performance
Handle cash register operations,



POS systems, cash handling, and pricing accuracy
Conduct training and development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge
Monitor store inventory levels through purchasing and bookkeeping activities to prevent stock shortages or overstocking

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
