Responsibilities
Assist with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support for children or individuals with disabilities
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs and preferences
Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and teaching life skills to promote development
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dishes, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space
Support caregivers by following care plans and documenting progress or concerns accurately
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive setting




Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and respond promptly to emergencies or special needs

Skills
Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding
Strong cooking and meal preparation skills to create healthy, balanced dishes
Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent caregiving skills combined with a nurturing attitude and active listening abilities
Knowledge of teaching techniques suitable for different age groups or developmental levels
Effective communication skills to collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and team members
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or care requirements while maintaining professionalism
