Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring each dish meets quality standards.
Follow established recipes and food preparation procedures to maintain flavor profiles and presentation.
Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations.
Assist in plating and garnishing dishes to enhance visual appeal before serving.
Support the serving staff by ensuring timely meal preparation during busy service hours.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations,



throughout shifts.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a robust understanding of kitchen operations.
Skilled in food preparation techniques and cooking methods across diverse cuisines.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Robust teamwork ethic combined with good communication skills.
Prior experience in meal preparation and food industry roles is highly desirable.
