Our company is growing and we are seeking an ambitious Field Agent to assist the Property Managers with showing rental units, property inspections and condition inspection reports. There will also be some administrative work with the position.

The ideal candidates need to be organized, inquisitive, love being the solver of problems and have a natural aptitude for identifying and asking the questions needed to get the job done.

You are the right fit for the role if you enjoy working with others and love answering questions in a cordial yet fun manner. We are looking for a finisher with an excellent ability to see tasks through to completion.

Your first priority will be to assist the Property Managers so your hours will have to be flexible. The right candidate must have excellent computer skills and have preferably worked on a Mac Computer.

Tuesday - Saturday

9:30am-6:00pm. Hours may adjust according to work demand (9:00am-3:00pm Saturdays).

Duties- Property Showings
Property Inspections
CIR (Condition Inspections report)




Running errands such as cutting keys, picking up items or dropping off
Email communication
Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette- Utilize software for property management tasks- Prepare and execute documents

Skills- Experience in Property Management is an asset but not mandatory- Experience with Propertyware, Tenant Turner, Lead Straightforward an asset but not mandatory- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively- Proficient in office tasks-Attention to detail- Must have a reliable vehicle, as there will be a lot of driving to and from properties.
