Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. This position is involves work with children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome and other learning challenges. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. Duties:
work One on One with a child

-follow a program that is outlined

-maintain structure of the session

-engage with the client and encourage their growth and development
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
Assist with feeding, diapering, and toileting as needed
Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary
Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a positive learning setting
Follow all health and safety guidelines

Experience:

-experience working with children with autism
Previous experience in caregiving or working with children is preferred




Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is a plus
Familiarity with classroom management techniques is beneficial
Ability to educate and engage children in fun and interactive activities

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass a background check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with children
