We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Budtender to join our cannabis retail team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, help customers select suitable products, stay informed about cannabis products and promotions, and contribute toward store sales goals.
The role includes:
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
Assisting customers with product selection and inquiries
Staying up to date on cannabis products, promotions, and store offerings
Working toward daily and weekly sales goals
Assisting with inventory, ordering, and required documentation
Working effectively as part of a team
Keeping the store, counters, displays, and work areas clean, organized, and tidy at all times
Following all company policies and applicable cannabis retail regulations
Performing other duties as assigned by the manager
Previous cannabis retail or product knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential and training can be provided.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and must complete the required SellSafe online training and meet the requirements to become a Qualified Cannabis Worker (QCW) before working in an Alberta cannabis retail store.
There is potential for this position to become permanent.
