Be part of our beautiful Lower Water Street salon team. We are looking for a creative, skilled, and passionate Hair Stylist to join our vibrant waterfront salon. This is a commission-based position, perfect for someone motivated to grow their clientele while working in a supportive and welcoming environment.

We are also open to hair extension specialists, and this will be considered a solid advantage for the role.

Duties
Provide a wide range of hair services including precision cuts, custom colouring, styling, treatments, and professional hair extension applications
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the salon
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional recommendations
Recommend salon services and retail products to enhance the client experience and support sales goals
Assist with front desk tasks such as greeting clients, booking appointments, and processing payments when needed
Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge




Build solid and lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals

Experience
Previous experience as a Hair Stylist is required, and specialization in hair extensions will be considered a robust asset
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of salon sanitation practices and safety standards
A collaborative and skilled attitude with a passion for growth
