Duties
Lead and supervise front-end staff, including cashiers and sales associates, to ensure excellent customer service.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation.
Manage cash handling processes accurately and ensure POS (Point of Sale) systems operate smoothly.
Train, and develop team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge,



and customer service capabilities.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive shopping experiences.
Coordinate with purchasing and merchandising teams to ensure proper stock levels and attractive displays.

Requirements
Proven supervisory or team management experience within retail environments.
Solid skills in negotiation, communication, and customer service.
Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising standards, POS systems, and cash handling procedures.
Ability to train staff in customer service, cash handling, product knowledge, and store policies.
Excellent organizational skills with effective time management; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
Demonstrated leadership qualities combined with a friendly phone etiquette approach.
