Overview:
The BV Bar is seeking a skilled part time Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Must be available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Upsell additional products when appropriate

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a server/bartending role or similar position preferred
Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor




Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining a positive attitude
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in the food service industry
Familiarity with cashiering procedures
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols
Understanding of the restaurant and food industry dynamics
