Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aerosol Filling Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining aerosol filling machinery to ensure efficient production of high-quality aerosol products. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, uphold safety standards, and ensure timely delivery of products. This position offers an exciting prospect for skilled operators passionate about precision manufacturing and process optimization.

Duties
Set up, start up, run, and shut down the aerosol filling line: product fill, valve placement, crimp, propellant gassing, and weight checks
Change over between products and can sizes, and keep changeover time tight
Watch fill weights, crimp dimensions, pressure, and leak-test results, and stop the line when something is off
Do basic mechanical adjustments and first-line troubleshooting (nozzles, crimpers, gassing heads, conveyors)
Follow batch tickets, record production and QC data, and keep the line and area clean
Handle flammable solvents and propellants under WHMIS, plant SOPs, and hot-work / grounding rules
Work with blending, labelling,



and shipping so finished goods leave on spec and on time

Qualifications
At least 2–3 years running aerosol filling equipment (crimp and gasser experience required)
Comfort with flammable liquids, hydrocarbon or compressed-gas propellants, and pressurized containers
Valid WHMIS training; working knowledge of SDS, grounding, and ventilation controls
Able to read a batch sheet, use scales and gauges, and keep straightforward production records
Able to stand for a full shift, lift up to 25 kg, and work in a chemical plant workplace
Reliable, safety-first, and able to work days (overtime and some weekends as production requires)

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
