Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food quality and presentation
Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective coaching, training, and performance management
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, safety, and compliance with health regulations
Manage cash handling procedures, including POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and accountability
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling practices across all shifts
Coordinate interviewing and onboarding of recent staff to build a skilled and customer-focused team




Maintain a welcoming environment by delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly

Requirements
Proven experience in food service or restaurant management with a strong background in supervising teams
Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for transactions and reporting
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities effectively
Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling procedures, and hospitality standards
Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills for interviewing candidates, training staff, and engaging with customers
