Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our energetic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the POS system.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.




Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.

Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant workplace is preferred.
Solid customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while managing time effectively.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is a plus.
Experience with food handling and sanitation practices is essential.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
