We are looking for: Accounting Assistant

Job Description:
Oversee full cycle accounting responsibilities including year-end and month-end or as needed
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections.




Perform account analysis and account reconciliation to verify financial data accuracy across various systems.
Support bookkeeping activities by maintaining organized records of financial transactions and preparing reports for review.
Manage and process invoices and payments

Requirements:
Proficient in Simply Accounting/Sage
CPA Level 1 preferred
Able to multitask and perform well with heavy workload
Must be fully fluent in both verbal and written English
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in using computer programs such as word, excel etc.
Experience in bookkeeping/accounting preferred

Pay: $3,600.00-$4,200.00 per month
