Responsibilities and Duties

Cook responsibilities:
Ensuring food quality is at the highest standards of OPA ! established food quality and plating specifications.
Maintain HACCP and food safe protocols
Create a fun, team, team-oriented environment.
The successful candidate is expected to be a leader and engaging member of the team.
Maintain cleaning of kitchen , front of house , back of house and dining room.

Qualifications and Skills

Principle Qualifications:
Any Kitchen, line cook, restaurant, food service,



or related experience an asset.
Willing to hire for entry level candidates with any experience in a fast paced environment (customer service, cashier, retail etc)
Must have a love of food and strive for culinary excellence. Driven and focused, Motivated and dedicated.
