Job Summary
Fergus Chrysler is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. With increasing service volume, we’re looking for a highly organized professional who can deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional service experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Clearly explain services, repairs, and pricing to customers
Upsell additional services, maintenance, and parts when appropriate
Coordinate with technicians to ensure productive workflow
Track and manage repair orders from start to finish
Keep customers updated on vehicle status and timelines
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills




Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Sales skills with the ability to explain and recommend services confidently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
