We are seeking an energetic and reliable Yard Maintenance / Parking Lot & Storage Gate Attendant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and team members, ensuring smooth access control, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the yard, and providing excellent guest services. Duties
Manage access to the parking lot, storage areas, and yard gate, verifying credentials and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, and vendors
Conduct routine inspections of the yard and parking lot to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper signage
Assist guests with parking directions, gate access questions, and general inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Handle cash transactions accurately when processing parking fees or gate access payments
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as debris removal, light landscaping support, and fence checks to uphold yard appearance standards




Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards promptly
Maintain detailed records of gate entries, visitor logs, and incident reports as needed

Qualifications
Previous experience in dealership operations or similar environments is preferred but not required
Robust guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse guests and team members
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist visitors confidently
Basic cash handling experience to process payments accurately
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts
A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, organization, and customer satisfaction
