Duties
Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and swiftly
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service across all day parts
Support team members with food preparation, serving, and cleaning tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
Experience
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus
Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology preferred
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory management
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and proper food handling standards in the food industry
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
