On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to support a client preparing for a Q2 go-live. This role requires a strong hands-on Dayforce qualified with Core HR and WFM expertise who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately during a critical implementation phase.
Seeking a Senior Consultant with solid Dayforce experience.
Responsibilities
Support Dayforce Core HR and WFM activities leading up to and following the Q2 go-live
Assist with configuration, validation, and stabilization of Dayforce Core and WFM modules
Collaborate with project team members to ensure readiness for go-live
Provide functional support and troubleshooting as needed during implementation and early post–go-live phases
Contribute to testing, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer activities
Ensure best practices are followed within Dayforce Core HR and WFM processes
Required Qualifications
Mandatory: Proven Dayforce experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Dayforce Core HR and Workforce Management (WFM)
Experience supporting Dayforce implementations or go-live activities
Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time
Comfortable operating in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven project workplace
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Eligible to receive a Canadian federal security clearance
