Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team as a Site Supervisor. This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in launching a recent centre, building a team, and establishing a strong foundation for excellence in early learning.

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for daily centre operations
Ensure compliance with all Ministry of Education licensing requirements and regulations
Recruit, mentor, and support a team of educators
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
Build solid relationships with families and the community




Maintain high standards of programming, health, and safety

Qualifications
Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in good standing with the College of ECE
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting
Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and licensing standards
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Passion for early childhood education and team development
