Responsibilities
Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble burritos according to company standards and customer preferences
Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their dining experience
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash and card transactions
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and service areas, following food safety guidelines
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote new or featured products
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
Robust time management skills with the ability to work efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with guests
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and basic math for transactions and portioning
