We are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of a busy fashion warehouse. This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating the warehouse team and ensuring merchandise is received, organized, picked, packed, labelled, and shipped accurately and efficiently

.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse team.
Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, verifying, and organizing merchandise.
Coordinate picking, packing, labelling, and shipping of orders.
Ensure products and quantities are accurately prepared according to orders and shipping requirements.
Assist with BOMs (Bill of Materials), product information, labels, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory and ensure merchandise is properly stored and organized.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, labels, packing lists, and other warehouse paperwork.
Help prioritize daily tasks and ensure orders are completed on time.
Identify discrepancies, damages,



or inventory issues and communicate them to management.
Train and support warehouse team members on procedures, organization, and safety.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse setting.
Assist the Warehouse Manager with special projects and general warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment, preferably within fashion/apparel or retail.
Previous experience coordinating or leading a warehouse team.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting with multiple priorities.
Experience with receiving, shipping, picking, packing, labelling, and inventory control.
Good computer skills; experience with an ERP/WMS system is an asset.
Ability to work hands-on and lead by example.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift and move boxes/merchandise as required.
