Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, caring, and enthusiastic individual to assist with reception duties and patient interaction in our busy multidisciplinary clinic. Extensive training will be provided to help you master a diverse job description that includes: answering our multiple line phone system; booking and billing patient visits on JaneApp; managing patient flow for multiple practitioners; assisting practitioners with diagnostic exams; and organizing practitioners’ agendas. You may assist the doctors with in-office patient interactions such as exercise demonstration and note-taking.

Successful candidates must have the ability to sincerely connect and care for our patients while also executing tasks associated with a busy front office reception desk.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 38.0 per week
