The Role

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking technician to support our growing operations. This is a hands-on position working in our shop and field environments.

Your Main Responsibilities
Build and assemble TCI equipment destined for sale. This is where you'll spend most of your time.
Ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards before leaving the shop
Maintain the shop in clean, organized working condition
Support routine servicing and maintenance of sold equipment in the field
Support clients with troubleshooting and maintaining equipment during field operations




Support rental operations with rig-in, rig-out, and operating rental equipment in the field when our rental team is fully booked

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:
Mechanical skills – comfortable working with hand and power tools
1+ years working in mechanical, manufacturing, or oilfield settings
Solid communication skills – able to work with team and clients
Valid driver's license

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
