Excellent hospitality starts with exceptional leadership—and we’re seeking a dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee a new Marriott property in the vibrant western GTA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, build the hotel’s reputation, and establish it as a preferred destination for guests. The ideal candidate will bring energy, personality, and a genuine passion for people, ensuring every guest experience is memorable. As a hands-on leader, you will be actively involved on the floor, connecting with guests and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Build and maintain the hotel’s reputation by fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
Inspire and motivate a diverse team, promoting teamwork, development, and engagement.
Be actively involved on the floor, connecting with guests to understand their needs and ensure exceptional experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals, improve performance metrics, and drive revenue growth.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with brand standards,



safety regulations, and local laws.
Collaborate with corporate teams to align hotel initiatives with overall brand objectives.
Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

Requirements
Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; personable with a genuine passion for guest service.
Hands-on approach with the ability to be present on the floor and connect directly with guests and staff.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a quick-paced environment.
Knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and brand standards—preferably within Marriott properties or similar brands.
A proactive attitude with energy, personality, and enthusiasm for hospitality leadership.

Pay: $115,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
