Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating or ordering as needed
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Clear tables and ensure the dining area remains clean and organized throughout shifts
Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly
Assist with opening or closing duties, including setting up or cleaning the dining area
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 25 pounds)
