Job Summary
We are looking for a thoughtful, hardworking, and hospitality-driven Polisher to join our team on Fridays and Saturdays from 7 PM to 11 PM. As a Polisher, you'll play an integral role in creating exceptional guest experiences by supporting our service team and ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly.

Responsibilities
Assist with polishing cutlery, dinnerware, and other service equipment.
Replenish service stations and restock supplies throughout the shift.
Anticipate the needs of both guests and team members, providing support wherever needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work setting while following all food safety and sanitation standards.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.

Requirements




6 months of experience in a restaurant or hospitality workplace is preferred.
Must have a passion for food, beverage, service, and restaurant culture.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork.
Ability to work efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Italian and/or French cuisine is a plus.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing excellent service are essential traits for success in this role.
