Located at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario, this full-time role reports to the Senior Manager - Finance Systems. You will play a vital role in supporting Workday financial processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring operational efficiency across different financial modules. Your analytical capabilities will contribute to the integrity of financial data and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with Workday financial system configuration and reporting
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Troubleshoot finance module issues effectively




• Document financial processes and maintain process documentation
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and HR teams for tailored solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years in financial accounting or operations
• 2+ years with Workday or similar systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data management
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
