Job Title: End User AI Tooling Developer

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: End December 2027

Location: Toronto

Ideal Rate: $90- $95 (Based on Experience)

Hybrid- 3 days per week

Must haves:

- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience developing applications and integrations using REST APIs and enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM/Generative AI platforms.
- Experience with AI agents, tool/function calling, retrieval/RAG, and AI evaluation.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, integrations, or developer tooling.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) is highly preferred.
- Robust understanding of enterprise security concepts including OAuth, SSO, authentication, authorization, user entitlements, data classification, and audit logging.
- Strong Git-based development and version-control practices.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is an asset.
