The Guest House Inn & Suites is looking for a Full time/Part time Night Auditor.

Main duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Register arriving guests and assign rooms; process group arrivals and departure;
Take, cancel and change room reservations;
Process telephone calls; Handle guest inquiries/questions/reservations
Provide information on hotel facilities and services;
Provide general information about points of interest and services available in the community;
Arrange services required for guests with special needs;
Process wake-up calls;
Investigate and resolve complaints and claims;
Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments;
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms; maintain occupancy statistics;
Customer service oriented;
Work minimal supervision, clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), keyboarding and perform light housekeeping and cleaning.

Required education:
High school or equivalent

Required experience:
Customer Service

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
