Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced restaurant workplace, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, solid communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. This position is vital in maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction.

Duties
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
Support team members in various roles as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively
Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous
Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
