Duties
Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precise placement and natural-looking results.
Shape, tint, and groom eyebrows to complement each client’s facial features and personal style.
Educate clients on aftercare routines for lash and brow treatments to maintain optimal results.
Provide outstanding customer service by listening to client needs, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations.
Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and retail sales of beauty products.
Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment adhering to health safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience with eyelash extensions, brow shaping, or related beauty treatments preferred.
Strong retail sales skills with the ability to recommend products confidently.
Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling and client check-in/out processes.
Detail-oriented with a steady hand for exact application techniques.
