Independent Sales Contractor – Commercial Cleaning

Location: Metro Vancouver, BC
Compensation: $1,000 monthly retainer + performance bonuses
Position: Independent Contractor

KEDA CLEANING INC. is looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Contractor to help grow our commercial cleaning business, with a primary focus on dental and medical offices.

What You’ll Do
Find and contact potential dental and medical office clients
Make outbound calls and send introductory emails
Visit prospective clients when appropriate
Build relationships with office managers and decision-makers
Follow up on leads and cleaning proposals
Help turn qualified prospects into new recurring cleaning contracts
Maintain a simple record of leads, follow-ups, and results

Compensation & Earning Potential
$1,000 monthly retainer
Standard one-time bonus of up to $150 for each new client successfully acquired:
$100 after the recent client’s first invoice has been paid
Additional $50 after the client has remained with KEDA for 3 months
Higher bonuses available for larger or higher-value contracts
Exceptional accounts may qualify for an additional performance bonus based on the size and value of the contract
Target:



approximately 3–4 new accounts per month
Solid performers will have the prospect to increase their earning potential as they bring in larger and more profitable accounts

Who We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, business development, or B2B prospecting is preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners, dentists, office managers, and other decision-makers
Self-motivated and organized
Familiarity with the dental, medical, janitorial, or commercial cleaning industries is an asset
Able to work independently and focus on measurable results
