About Us
AA Property Management is looking for a detail-oriented Property Accountant / Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate has accounting experience in property management, strata management, or a related industry. Property management experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong full-cycle accounting experience and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly owner statements and financial reporting packages
Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, cheque deposits, and bank reconciliations
Review outstanding balances and follow up on AR collection matters
Post and reconcile payments, deposits, and post-dated cheques
Maintain accurate accounting records for multiple properties/stratas
Assist with month-end closing and financial statement preparation
Support year-end working papers, audit requests, and other reporting requirements
Communicate with property managers, owners, vendors, and internal team members as needed
Identify accounting issues and help improve internal processes

Qualifications




3+ years of accounting experience preferred
Property management, strata management, or real estate accounting experience preferred
Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting
Experience with AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple properties/accounts
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Accounting diploma, degree, or CPA student status is an asset

What We Offer
Salary range of $48,000–$52,000 per year
