Responsibilities
Remove and install tires on different vehicle makes and models using hand tools and power tools
Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper tread depth to ensure safety standards are met
Balance tires accurately to promote smooth vehicle operation and customer satisfaction
Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly store tools and equipment after use
Assist customers with basic inquiries related to tire maintenance or replacement services
Support the team with general vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, including basic automotive repairs
Qualifications
Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in tire installation, balancing, and basic vehicle maintenance
Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and tire irons; familiarity with power tools is a plus
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and maintenance procedures
Willingness to learn new skills related to tire services and automotive care
