Position Details
Position: Night Auditor / Guest Service Agent
Schedule: Part-Time
Location: Fredericton, Recent Brunswick
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Complete guest check-ins and check-outs.
Perform nightly auditing procedures and balance daily hotel accounts.
Prepare reports and complete end-of-day accounting.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain a protected, clean, and welcoming front desk environment.
Assist with breakfast preparation and other overnight duties as required.
Ensure hotel security and provide exceptional guest service throughout the night.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset.
Must be comfortable working overnight shifts.
