Stockroom / Inventory Clerk – Manufacturing (Georgetown, car required)

Location: Georgetown, ON

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key: This location is not bus accessible. A reliable car is required.
PPE: Safety shoes are mandatory.

Job duties
Read and interpret work orders, pick lists, packing slips, purchase orders, and operating/maintenance instructions.
Keep inventory organized, accurate, and up to date.
Perform related administrative duties as required by stockroom procedures and policies.
Use Microsoft Outlook for emails and day-to-day communication.
Receive, check, and put away incoming products and parts in the correct storage locations.
Pick, package, and transfer requested inventory on a timely basis.
Issue tools, supplies, and parts to plant employees and update inventory records accordingly.
Manage tooling requirements in existing vending machines and storage units.
Enter and update product information in SAP; use SAP for basic inquiries, processing issues, and receipts.




Conduct daily cycle counts and other inventory counts as required; report discrepancies to the responsible staff.
Handle hydraulic products and wall pin orders; assemble tool and hydraulic kits for stocking, production
Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed.
Physically able to bend, crouch, lift above shoulder height, and stand for long periods
Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 months of training/experience in a manufacturing stockroom or similar inventory role.
Valuable computer skills; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an asset.
Experience with inventory management tools
Solid attention to detail
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
