Overview

Join the creative team of A Pocket of Posies as a Studio and Shipping Assistant. In this role, you will support the daily operations of this busy jewelry studio, ensuring accurate and consistent shipping and customer service for this primarily online business. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to excellent customer service and the expeditious processing of customer orders.

Duties
Support with daily preparation and organization of order shipments. Preparing parcels and packaging orders, including organizing shipping supplies and ensuring accuracy.
Manage customer requests by answering questions and providing information as required.
Assisting with daily shipping of orders and other studio tasks including preparing promotional materials and minor production assistance as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio and shipping areas, ensuring safety standards are met at all times

Qualifications




Available weekdays - preferably afternoons between 12 -4 pm. Hours of work are somewhat negotiable if you are working around school or another position.
Solid organizational skills to confidently handle daily shipping processes
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
This position involves working at a standing work station while processing orders.
This position is located on the South side of Whitehorse in Spruce Hill so the applicant must have their own transportation.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
