Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Residential Cleaning Team Lead/Supervisor to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations within private homes and residential properties. This role is essential in ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Lead and work alongside a residential cleaning team.
Ensure all cleaning meets company quality standards.
Delegate tasks and keep the team organized and on schedule.
Perform quality checks and address any issues.
Communicate professionally with clients and management.




Train and support team members as needed.
Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.

Qualifications
Previous skilled cleaning experience preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal record check.
Solid attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Reliable, effective, and comfortable leading a team.
