Responsibilities
Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their desired styles and offer expert recommendations.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a secure environment.
Upsell additional services or retail products such as hair care or grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction.
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
Stay updated on the latest hair styling trends and techniques to deliver modern, fashionable looks.

Requirements
Minimum 1 Year Experience
Barber Certificate or Hairstyling Certificate Required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon or barbershop setting.
Demonstrated ability to upsell services and retail products effectively while maintaining client trust.
Experience with retail sales or front desk operations is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
