Sushi In, a well-established sushi restaurant in Calgary, is hiring a sushi chef to join our team. No experience necessary. If you are motivated and eager to learn, we will train you step by step. Experienced sushi chefs are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
Prepare sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls
Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Keep the work station clean and organized
Work as part of a team during busy hours
Requirements:
No experience required — willingness to learn is what matters most
Able to work in a rapid-paced kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Available for adaptable shifts, including evenings and weekends
