Full Time position

Experience: Minimum 2 years in related field

Job duties:

Bookkeeping:
Experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop Must
Post/Verify transactions to maintain accurate and current financial records
A/P: Post and Review the aging reports
A/R: Invoice Issue and updating payments, AR collection
Sales tax recording & remittances
Record cash receipts and bank deposits
Monthly reconciliations of all bank and credit card accounts
Full cycle bookkeeping
Be able to do all necessary bookkeeping activities
Maintain orderly accounting filing system
Be able to work with external accountants for yearly financial statements.

Customer service:
Ability to work with customers to retain accounts.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers





Qualifications:
Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping would be an asset.
Must have experience with Xero, Freshbooks and preferably QuickBooks accounting software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Motivated self-starter, unafraid to take initiative and solve problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail
Aptitude for improving systems and processes
Robust inter-office communication ability

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
