Job Overview
As an Arcade Attendant, you'll help create a safe, clean, and fun atmosphere. You'll assist guests with games, help with prize redemptions, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with a friendly, helpful attitude
Explain how to use claw machines
Refill prizes
Monitor machines and report any issues
Keep the store clean and organized
Handle cash transactions and prize redemptions
Deliver great customer service to guests of all ages
Qualifications
Customer service skills, with retail or entertainment experience a plus
Self-motivated — able to spot what needs doing, prioritize tasks, and take initiative without constant supervision
Punctual, reliable, responsible,
and takes pride in their work
Stays calm, patient, and skilled, even when busy or under pressure
Strong communicator and a good team player
Comfortable working with all ages
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to speak and read Chinese is an asset
