Responsibilities
Assist customers with TELUS and Koodo mobility products and services.
Recommend devices, accessories, home services, internet, and security solutions based on customer needs.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Stay up to date on the latest TELUS products, promotions, and services.
Maintain accurate customer documentation and follow company policies.
Qualifications
Previous retail or sales experience is an asset.
Wireless industry experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, positive, and results-driven.
Comfortable learning new technology and adapting to change.
Versatile availability, including evenings and weekends.
Punjabi and/or Hindi language skills are considered a strong asset due to the needs of our diverse customer base. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
