We are currently looking for a HVAC Service Coordinator (Experience in Commercial Industrial) to join our Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and facilitation of communication, scheduling, quotations to customers, answering the phone, and other tasks as requested for the Service team.
Job Description HVAC Service Coordinator
· Schedule techs & create work orders for service repairs, quotation, projects
· Review & process work orders and purchase orders.
· Procure parts for scheduled repairs, quotations
· Answer customer enquires in a timely manner
· Provide estimated costs for repairs when requested by the customer.
· Review field generated paperwork and prepare for invoicing
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
